NONI ERVIN is an author, professional keynote speaker, leadership coach, and strategic development business consultant. Leveraging more than 30  years of business operations, she aids the growth of both for-profit and nonprofit ventures. She is the author of more than a dozen books, including Verbatim: Living, Loving, Surviving. Noni's creative pursuits span poetry, prose, and children's literature. Her leadership role in the African-American Writers' Alliance (AAWA) emphasizes her commitment to nurturing literary talent and community engagement. Her contributions to publications such as Mother.ly Magazine, the South Seattle Emerald, and the Killens Review of Arts & Letters echo her dedication to amplifying marginalized voices. As the author and creator of Kinara Park Kids®, curator of the literary and visual collection Experiencing The Seven Principles: Kwanzaa Anthology, Vol 1, and the Founder of the Kwanzaa Awards, Noni actively promotes cultural awareness and celebration. She resides in Seattle, WA, with her husband.
